1. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting privacy assessments and audits to ensure GDPR and global compliance.

• Advising clients on data privacy best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Drafting and updating privacy policies, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and other compliance documentation.

• Supporting businesses with incident management, including breach response plans.

• Acting as the point of contact for clients, regulators, and internal teams on data privacy matters.

Qualifications: DPO certification or relevant experience in data privacy and compliance.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of GDPR, EU regulations, and global data privacy frameworks.

2. Data Protection support Officer

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in data protection audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.

• Supporting the creation and management of privacy policies, records of processing activities, and impact assessments.

• Helping clients respond to data subject requests (DSRs) and manage incident reports.

• Collaborating with senior DPOs to provide clear, practical guidance on data privacy best practices.

• Staying updated on changes to EU and global privacy regulations to assist clients effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for Data Privacy: A strong interest in data protection and compliance.

Qualifications: Relevant experience or education in data privacy, law, or compliance (certifications are a plus).

Knowledge: A foundational understanding of GDPR and global data protection principles or experience in speciific sectors.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
